Educational consultation services are a significant investment for families, which is why NeuroGuides is committed to transparent pricing. We offer some services at a flat rate, while additional consultation sessions and select services are billed at a reduced hourly rate.

Inactive Client Services
Services may be provided for new or inactive clients who do not have a current service package at NeuroGuides' discretion, depending on consultant scheduling and availability. Inactive Client Services are billed at $150 per hour. Meeting transcription for inactive clients is billed at $1.25 per recorded minute. Travel is billed at $75 per hour. All hourly services are billed in tenths (6-minute increments).
