Are you an autistic or ADHD adult? Or have you wondered if you might be?

Maybe you’ve experienced some of the below:

  • Trouble staying organized at home or work

  • Feeling overwhelmed by noisy, crowded, bright, or "busy" places

  • Wishing you could be tidier, but not knowing where to start

  • Trouble falling asleep and waking up on time

  • Constantly being late or missing appointments

  • Being in multiple traffic accidents

  • Knowing what you need to do, but getting overwhelmed at the mere thought of doing it

  • Spending twice as long as your colleagues on an email to make sure you have the right “tone”

  • Feeling like you can’t fully relax

  • Struggling to stay focused during meetings or conversations

  • Being too focused on other things

  • Feeling too exhausted from life to enjoy it

While most people experience difficulties like these occasionally, for many of us who are autistic or ADHD, these are the experiences that make up the ebb and flow of our everyday lives. We live in a world that, quite frankly, wasn’t designed for us. And wow, can it be draining!

NeuroGuides offers peer coaching and support services for clinically diagnosed or self-identified ADHD and/or Autistic adults, ages 18+. As an “AuDHD” adult and professional, Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and personal experience navigating neurodivergence in a neurotypical world. Her goal as a neurodivergent peer coach is to support you in developing systems and strategies that will improve your quality of life, while still honoring your neurodivergence.

Some of the techniques she uses include:

  • Body Doubling

  • Point of Performance

  • Habit Stacking

  • Sensory & Somatic Strategies

  • Organizational Systems

Package Descriptions

First Contact

Our lowest priced session, available to new clients only!

In this introductory package, meet with Amanda virtually or in-person* for a low-stakes, 1-hour coaching session. This is a relaxed session with no predetermined agenda. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about Autism, ADHD, or neurodiversity in general or let Amanda guide the discussion. This session is perfect both for those looking to set up an actionable plan for moving forward in their neurodiversity journey, those just looking to learn more about neurodiversity, or those who have been wondering if they may be neurodivergent.

Away Mission

Accomplish a goal or project from start to finish!

Organization is hands-down one of the biggest challenges encountered by the ADHD/AuDHD brain. We tend to exist in a state of “organized chaos,” that is (at best) decipherable only to our own minds. Unfortunately, “decipherable” doesn’t always equal “efficient.” Add in some decision paralysis and sensory overwhelm for good measure and even if we theoretically know what we need to do to get organized, actually doing it becomes a task of epic proportions.

This package is designed to help you tackle those elusive home (or work) organization projects. It’s not only perfect for those looking to re-organize physical home or workspaces, but also those who need support in organizing their daily routines! Amanda will help you pin-point the places where getting organized will make the biggest impact on your day-to-day, while teaching you organizational strategies and systems that will let you work with your ND brain, instead of constantly fighting against it.

Long-term Exploration

Consistent ongoing support

Receive ongoing support through weekly or bi-weekly mentoring sessions with Amanda. During our sessions, we’ll discuss your lived experience with neurodivergence and its impact on your personal or professional goals, check-in to see how your current systems and supports are serving you, and explore new strategies and knowledge to support you in living your best “neurospicy” life.

Active Client Services

All service packages provide access to our active client rates. Coaching services are a significant investment, which is why NeuroGuides is committed to transparent pricing. For our coaching services, we charge by the session, rather than by the hour, so you never have to worry that you'll receive an unexpected bill for a session that ran long. Most sessions will last approximately 1 hour. If a coaching topic or situation requires significantly more time, a double session may be aranged ahead of time.
