Support Planning
Our lowest priced session, available to new clients only!
In this introductory package, meet with your NeuroGuide virtually or in-person* for a low-stakes, 1-hour caregiver coaching session. This is a relaxed coaching session with no predetermined agenda. Your NeuroGuide can answer questions you may have about special education, parenting a neurodivergent child, or neurodiversity itself. Together, you’ll identify the most critical areas of need for your family and collaborate on next steps.
Light Support
Flexible and affordable!
This flexible package is perfect both for families looking for targeted support in a specific area and those who just want a periodic check-in to address their most current questions and needs. Whichever model you choose, you’ll gain the opportunity to collaboratively problem solve with someone who truly “gets it,” from the perspective of an educator, a fellow parent to neurodivergent children, and (most importantly) a neurodivergent person.
Moderate Support
Perfect for busy families!
This package offers regular, bi-weekly coaching sessions designed to provide ongoing support to you and your child. Developing a long-term relationship with your family will allow your NeuroGuide to foster your skills and knowledge-base in neurodiversity and help you craft creative solutions tailored to your unique family life. This is a great option for busy families who are looking for regular education and support, but don’t currently have the time or resources to commit to weekly sessions.
Intensive Support
Maximum support and best value!
In our most supportive package, you’ll receive weekly, 1-hour coaching sessions with your NeuroGuide. Your coaching will be highly individualized and will focus on collaboratively monitoring your weekly progress, fine-tuning your supports and strategies, and providing real-time answers and solutions to all of those daily questions and unexpected surprises that pop-up in the world of parenting. How we do this can be as structured or as laid-back as you’d like. Whether you’re looking for on-demand training tailored to your specific needs or a low-key weekly check-in over coffee that leaves you feeling inspired and rejuvenated, this is the package for you!

Active Client Services
All service packages provide access to our active client rates. Coaching services are a significant investment for families, which is why NeuroGuides is committed to transparent pricing. For our coaching services, we charge by the session, rather than by the hour, so you never have to worry that you'll receive an unexpected bill for a session that ran long. Most sessions will last approximately 1 hour. If a coaching topic or situation requires significantly more time, a double session may be aranged ahead of time.

Inactive Client Services
Inactive Clients are clients who schedule and attend fewer than 1 session per month or those who have an expired session package. Services may be scheduled for inactive clients, based on coach schedule and availability. Inactive client coaching sessions are billed at $150 per session for 1-2 caregivers and $175 per session for 3-6 caregivers. The finished resource rate for inactive clients is $35 per hour.
